YOU WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR INACCURACY OF DATA, COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, SYSTEM DOWNTIME AND GOODWILL EVEN IF ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS SECTION SHALL SURVIVE AND APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY REMEDY IN THE END USER AGREEMENT BEING FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

FORCE MAJEURE / ACTS OF GOD

If An Act Of God Or Force Majeure Event Occurs That Has An Impact On The Performance Of Our Contractual Duties, We Will Notify You Within Reasonable Time And In Person; And The Performance Of Our Duties Will Be Stayed And The Time Of Performance Of Our Duties Will Be Extended For The Duration Of The Force Majeure Event. Once The Force Majeure Event Has Ended, Where Our Shipping Products Affects You, We'll Schedule A Delivery Date.
