Shipping will be on first come first serve basis for all orders placed with full payment received by WOYOU.

The exact shipping date for pre-orders will be notified by the factory. The company will notify its buyers in a timely manner.

Orders are processed and shipped in 7 days, with most orders shipped faster within 48 hours.

The buyer is responsible for any customs delays/returns due to insufficient documentation. It is best to know about the local customs clearance policy and prepare all clearance documents in advance to avoid clearance delays and unexpected fees.

Depending on your destination, we may ship with different couriers. For specific courier companies, please confirm with us before you place an order.

Kindly be informed that the warranty period for new mining machines is 6 months/12 months based on production period (depends on the manufacturer's policy).

The corporation will bear no liability if the consumer does not conform to the directions, specs and circumstances of product use specified by the corporation or modifies the performance of the product.

On second-hand mining machines, we will provide a video showing working state of the mining machine before shipment, so you can better understand its computing power. After you accept, we will provide complete communication with you and ship.
